Every landowner on Next Earth has their own strategy when it comes to buying land.

It's not just the landmarks that are of interest though - think about production, healthcare, tourism, energy, transport, and more.

Even the cheaper sea tiles can help you buy more expensive locations in the future since they earn you units which can be used for discount on any future purchases.

With a small amount of research users can reveal locations that are not listed in the Next Earth POI (Points of interest) catalogue.
